So long

It's been pretty long since I've last updated this space. Basically life has been good. Almost.

We've stopped with the property hunting previously due to the high price n the crazy wedding prep. It's been 3mths since the wedding n things have pretty much settled down. And so the hunting resumes.

Went for 7viewings today. A lil crazy, I know. But it gets me so hyped up that I can't really get to slp now.

The most memorable that stuck was this 3bdrm. White marble floor, open concept kitchen, nice layout n minimal renovation required.

The 2nd was this 22nd flr unit. Equally spacious n price is considered cheap. However, the fact it's selling for a much cheaper than another unit on a much lower ground makes us a lil cautious. So my bro, also my agent, has been tasked to find out anything wrong with the unit. Cheap as it might be, it doesn't allow me to have a connecting walkin wardrobe. That's a super major drawback for me.

Which brings me back to the 1st unit. There's a same unit with the same facing 2 levels up. So if nbr 1 gets sold, there's still this nbr 3.

The rest, not really worth mentioning.

So short listed 3, n onward with more viewings next week.
