Stuck in between.

I know pxb has been v naughty. He pees n shit at the right/wrong place according to his mood. To be fair to him, he does it at the right place most of the time. But he's usually too lazy to step in the middle of the pee tray n does it at the corner of it. Thus he still dirties the floor. So my mil nv like to let him hang around the house freely.
On the other hand, he stays in the playpen most of the time n I find it such a sad thing to see him caged up.
So I let him out in the kitchen as often as possible. E.g, I'll feed him breakfast at 6am n let him play in the kitchen thereafter til I'm ready to go to work.
On weekends, I'll feed him n let him play in the kitchen while I go back to sleep. So without supervision, he does it according to his mood. N from the time I do that til I next wake up, say at 9am, he might/might not have made a mess. N I'll wake up with the intention to clear the mess, if any.
Problem comes when she wakes up earlier than me, like today. I heard pxb prancing in the playpen n realized my mil is awake. Woke up to see her cleaning the floor. N told her I'll clean it. Her response was a miffed "I'm almost done". Though I can understand why she gets pissed, I'm also pretty stuck. Unsure what to say.
Can only look forward to quickly moving out n doing things our own way.

Yay!!

I din Wana jinx it, so I've been keeping mum abt it. Yes!!!! We've got our own place!!!! *fireworks* *pop champagne* *party poppers* *confetti* *celebrates*
We went for our 3rd viewing and we finally agreed on a price with the owner!! And we have since exercised our option to purchase the unit, and now awaiting for our 1st appt to submit the documents!! Oh my! No words can describe how happy I am!!!
Yay! Yay! Yay! I just Wana skip around!

Anticipation

I'm like this. When I get too excited or fixated on an idea, I get insomnia. It's hard for me to separate ideas in my brain from sleep, no matter how tired I am.
Went for 6 viewings today. Yup, I know. Most will say overload. But I've only got one day a week to view and I just gotta maximize it. Saw a unit today that's exactly the same layout of what I saw (and missed) last week.
Gonna view a 2nd time tmr with my family and if everything is in order, we r gonna go for it. The only thing now pending is the cov. Owner's asking for $65k, n in my opinion totally reasonable as the house is in real good condition n exactly how we would have done it up. In my agent's words, "bring a toothbrush n just move in". But of cos gotta try to push the cov downwards. Cross fingers n pray real hard.
Gonna try sleep n stop mentally decorating the house. Nights!

Irritants

Some ppl just need to learn to stay out of other ppls lives and ears!
Sent pxb for grooming at the nearby mall. And left him there since its gonna take abt 2hrs. The irritating mil has to keep asking where's he, take so long one meh? Then she decided to arrange her dinner with her sister at the mall to check on pxb. And call me to report on him. Then I told her its ok just let him be n I'll bring him back shortly. As if that's not enough, she has to wait til the shop is done n get the owner to call me n insist I bring him back!
Fuck! No! Stop being an irritant n leave me to do my own planning!
I hate it when she chooses to interfere with every aspect! Angry!

Disappointed yet again

Saw a unit yesterday n arranged for viewing today. However owner is unable to make it n originally scheduled it for wed instead. Today the buyer agent tried to reach me to inform of someone having made an offer and whether I'm interested to bid. As I was busy with work, by the time I checked my phone, it was too late. Sold. For 2k below what we had wanted to offer. Sigh. Disappointed yet again. Why is it so diff to locate that dream house?
