V pissed off with the pet shop today. It is supposed to open from 10am-7pm. I went on fri to order some items for 小宝 n have arranged with them to collect today so I can set up n prep for his arrival. Made an effort to reach their place at 6pm n the shop's closed. And there is no one answering the phone. Such irresponsible shop owners. N the worst part is wondering whether 小宝 got to eat his dinner. Gonna scold them tmr.
